Charlie's Angels: Marathon Angels

From the 1970's Charlie's Angels television series comes the episode Marathon Angels, in which Sylvia (Betty Jean Samuelson) and Sally (Jeri Lea Ray) are kidnapped marathon contestants who spend most of their time handcuffed and gagged in the back of a van. How about a re-make of this episode in the new Charlie's Angels series?

Missed Opportunity: Charlie's Angels

I recently found out that Charlie's Angels is making a return to television (thanks Sasha), which brought memories of the original show. Sabrina (Kate Jackson), Jill (Farrah Fawcett-Majors), Kelly (Jaclyn Smith), Kris (Cheryl Ladd), Tiffany (Shelley Hack) and Julie (Tanya Roberts) were the Angels from 1976 through 1981. And there were a fair share of Damsels moments, most notably Sabrina's chair-tie and tape-gag, Tiffany's OTM gag, and, of course, the memorable Marathon Angels episode. But with three gorgeous stars and a bevy of beautiful guest stars, someone should have been bound and gagged at least every other week! I for one would haved love to have seen Kelly and Kris tied back-to-back, 'Mmph'ing through some thick cleave gags. I'm not holding out much hope that if the new series catches on that it will provide more, if any, DID scenes. But good luck to the new Angels.

Amanda McBroom as Officer Sandi Wells

Amanda McBroom had a recurring role on the original Hawaii Five-O TV series as Officer Sandi Wells. In two of the episodes (Heads, You're Dead, top, and Tour DeForce, Killer Abroad), she winds up getting herself bound and gagged. Both times, the gag is a very thick cleave-gag. I think she should have guest-starred a lot more times!

Red

In hte animated film Tom and Jerry Meet Sherlock Holmes, a pretty red-haired lady, (known only as Red), is framed for stealing jewels in London. Our heroes, along with Holmes and Dr Watson attempt to clear her and find the real criminal. Eventually, Red is kidnapped by the villian, Professor Moriarty, and is tied up and gagged while Tom and Jerry try to rescue her. A really cute film and a lovely damsel.

Jane Seymour as Catherine Alexander Douglas

In the made-for-TV movie Memories of Midnight, beautiful Jane Seymour plays Catherine, who is caught, tied to a chair, and gagged by bad girl Atana (Ari Meyers). She is left to struggle in the cellar of a building with an overheating boiler. Great OTM gag on Miss Seymour.
